Balance Adjustment
Cyan(Brionac)
- Launch angle improved.

Weird that's all they did to brionac module. It still has the same issues as before, being low damage output for the cost, and blaststep being unviable if you only have 1 module equipped due to the angle it sends you at changing for some reason.
