Reroll Ticket Question (JP)

Hai. Does anyone play on JP server and has enough latency to enjoy it?

Anyways, I cant play with other players cuz my latency to JP is bad :/ anyways... I still can mob weak npcs...
So I have a simple question. Anyone know if moe like Ivis and Ouka can appear in reroll garapon? Since, once or twice a year, one receives a free reroll ticket on the jp server \o/. And reroll garapon content seems to be changing from time to time. I'd just like to know so I can decide whether I want to save up a reroll ticket just in case owo.

ohhh owo sounds interesting. Also what is that Silver Cosmos piece thing? I guess it is some sort of event reward? Because it offers a heckton of nice characters to pick from xD.

Well nope, only anniversary "gifts" that were distributed were a two titles, a bunch of sphere mats and sphere protectors or so I believe, and 10 gara tickets which equals 2 rolls. But no new garapon content or that silver cosmo piece thing or other specific freebies x:
