Need JP Email to create account?

As title says. Trying to get CL JP , downloading, no problem. But trying to make a japanese Cyberstep account? It doesnt accept emails with endings .com .ch etc. Seems to only accept emails with .jp endings x': So I am forced to get a japanese email now? Wut...

Probably wrong section but w/e, now I'm at quest 17 where I'm pretty certain that I have to join prime league, however, I'm unable to join prime league, only rookie league is enabled for me despite I dont have overcost in garage for my prime league team... *confuzzled*.

CB2 have low latency rules now. If you have high latency you can't play
IIRC you can play only on rookie, gold and haunted.

The only problem with this is you can't use the group/party match system.
This is kinda dumb because is a alternative to play alone with bots and farm month omega pieces.
