11th anniversary and platinium (silver) coins drop rate are increased in kappa gernia
and repair pack 1000s that dropped in there are now replaced by eho makis
which heals the same amount of hp , and they can be stacked to 5 per inventory slot

What Rho forgot to add is that there's a new recipe on the laboratory for the recently added lighting gun on Kappa Gernia, it needs 3 11th anniversary platinum coins

How many people even play this game? and is there only C21 japan or are there still other C21 servers?

...How many from this forum? a few, so few that you can say almost no one (not counting people that doesn't have any account but still engages in lurking on this seccion), how many people globally play the game? dunno, they are mostly active on the peak hours when the japanese players are on.

Yes it is only C21 JP... well not quite, C.$. fucked up EN server and caused it to shut down, i think there are still other servers across asia but, lost intrest in them so dunno.
