FPS Lag Mid-Game Empty

Hey guys, I need help. I've been experiencing frame lag every time I play mid-game. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX with 8 GB of RAM so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to have frame lag.

That freezing is the room hoppers. (Room hopping is currently turned on by default in CL.)

When they load in, people freeze. CB1 was also this way.

The prob is just that I'm being a room hopper in CL didn't got any lag, while in CB got lag like continous freeze.

Your room hopping causes lag to other people, not you. If you get trouble while joining in the middle of a match, maybe that's because of stuff happening close to the respective spawn spot?
