October 7, 2014 - No more shop or VIP

The staff has talked it over and seeing as the shop wasn't really being use much anymore we decided to close it. We will still allow for name changes although there will be some rules on it.

Name change rules:
- You can only change your name once a month.
- Your name can't be too long. (this is something we will decide)

We also decided to get rid of the VIP Forum and the VIP group since the forum hasn't been used since May and with the shop closed there isn't much use for the VIPs anyways.
