Never used Skype. And it was decently programmed to anticipate possible responses. I figured it out when she started talking about Christmas break, but was bored enough to continue.

Quite a few games do this I know unreal tournament 2004 and Rise of the Triad remake do it nothing new.

Been sleeping so bad lately. I don't even know what keeps waking me up all the time. I hear no sounds or is it too cold or anything. I just keep waking up several times each night.

You remind me of a cousin of mine, that also uses music to fal asleep. Somehow it never is one of those soft, tranquil songs.

I started sleeping bad ever since we moved to this new house. Our old house was pretty much surrounded by fields and forests, so there wasn't much sound around besides from that of nature.

I don't have a MP3 but my laptop might work. Friend has recommended me to get some noise maker, which seems to work well for him.

Fibro's sleeping disorder aside, I think I sort of fucked up my sleeping schedule. I don't even feel tired before midnight, mainly 'cause I always can sleep until long now 'cause my classes start at such awkward times.

Try to get it to where you have control of when you fall asleep. Basically how I got around a sleeping disorder is instead of relying on medicine or the chemical that makes the body fall asleep I make myself sleep mentally. I either meditate and ponder my thoughts or focus solely on having a very deep sleep. When I get such sleep four hours of sleep will give me the same feeling as sleeping damn near a day and as long as no one enters my room or comes near me I can sleep threw pretty much anything till i deem it is time to wake up.

I know your problem is not falling asleep but staying sleep but when you get full control over things they tend to work better I never have interrupted sleep.

I don't use any medicine. Mainly 'cause half of the shit doesn't seem to work and I'm just not a fan of the idea of taking any.

I used to have full control, both of my sleep and dreams. I'd be satisfied with 6 hours sleep and happily jump around the next day. But that's sort of faded ever since I turned 15, when all the signs of Fibro started showing.

We mostly have a problem with getting to the deep sleep, which is considered stage 4. Or 'restorative sleep'. Which is when your body pretty much restores itself from the day, reason why one night of sleep mostly isn't enough for us to 'restore' our bodies when doing anything that asks a lot of your body.

I think my problem right now is more that I'm just way too stressed and have too many things on my mind. I can't empty it out no matter what and it's probably what keeps me awake for a while. And maybe what keeps waking me as well. Too much shit going on in the family and at school. I won't go into detail on that.

Well can't help u much there all I can say is figure out how to deal with the stress. btw for the radio thing be warned can create horrible nightmares.

I normally lucid dream. I had a radio that when not unplugged it would not fully turn off so the low frequency the speakers where humming at caused me to have horrible fucking nightmares and not be able to control myself. Actually it was lucid dreaming somewhat still cause I told myself to wake the fuck up and unplug this hell spawned stereo. It was the kind of dream where u just hear a loud ass noise coming like thump,thump and feel your heart racing and all you want to do is wake up. Normally I would find what ever is making the noise and rip them apart but some reason with said radio on making low frequency noise I couldn't do such things. There was other nightmares also.

Actually it cause something worse than than nightmares now i remember when the piece of shit wasn't making me have nightmares it was the cost of 90% of my moments having sleep paralysis.

On another note It would be great if some one had a aura kingdom cb key as they are all gone.

I have PTSD, so when I sleep (which I rarely do) I use self-hypnosis to augment my production of serotonin. There are several guides to doing this that are fairly extensive, I'll try and find these later so I can HOLY SHIT BT WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DO THAT!

Cat story the third:

So our small gray cat is still more or less missing. We see him sometimes but for the most part he remains at large.

Our house is right between two large apartment buildings. Today, the building manager next door found our cat in his building and returned him to us.

So now we have this stray cat. Yeah.

apparently the cat was owned by someone in the apartment next door, and managed to both lose it's collar and get out. The cat has been returned.

I do not know the truth of their claim, but it's safe to assume it's either staged or genuine truth. In India for example, there were places where rapists were rounded up and just beat up. It's been on the news for a moment.
