For Christ's sake at least let Luigi still be in it ;-;

I can't see the original 12 not being in. And don't forget: Luigi, Captain Falcon, Jigglypuff and Ness are usually secret characters. I'm sure they'll be in, just have some patience.

I never got what's so popular about ice climbers tbh, but I never played SSB games vs. really good ppl (I remember reaching a point where I felt absolutely no pressure in the N64 one but that was mainly because I could aim Jigglypuff's rest ^^v) either. I always liked Zelda and Peach the best (Peach a little better because she's "sweet").

For those of you who played Waifu Emblem: Awakening, there's talk about Arena Ferox being a stage for the 3DS; it was seen somewhere in the trailers.

hope the 3DS version will have Online Multiplayer :L

Hey guys. I'd like to bump this thread with a huge update that has been revealed.


Recently, the full line of playable characters has been revealed for the upcoming Super Smash Bros 4. Here is a screenshot shown of who they will be.

Some characters will not be returning though, including The Ice Climbers, Solid Snake, Wolf O'Donnel, and Lucas.

For my stance on this, I'm okay with this lineup. I really like how characters like Shulk, Megaman, and Palutena are going to be in this. I'm not really mad or anything about the characters who will not be in it. I never really cared for Ice Climbers, and Wolf, although awesome, didn't really seem like returning character material.
There's some I have problems with though. Dark Pitt seems a bit redundant, and would've worked better as an other color of Pitt himself. Same goes with Dr. Mario, whom I thought was removed from Super Smash Bros Brawl for a similar reason, and it seems strange to have him come back all of a sudden.


Nevertheless, I am still hyped about the game. I wonder what the Adventure Mode will be like? Revenge of the Subspace Emissary anyone?

I was somewhat disappointed with how Megaman felt while playing him, but hopefully he gets better with more time put into him. I really like Villager so far.
