party bonus is implanted
( so far im trying to test it out, though.. i will need to get a few more members to test it out)

planet vulture c$ is adjusted( though, i tried on some vultures (even the king) alone, it seems normal, but again, it seems to apply to parties in the all famous "king hunt" area
